This technique allows measuring various particle sizes and zeta potentials in a liquid medium. With the above data, the aggregation state of samples, the hydrodynamic radius of macromolecules and particles, as well as the stoichiometric interaction in protein complexes can be determined.
The particle size determination range is between 0.3 nm and 10 µm.
The size range for the z potential is 3.8nm to 100 µm. The Zeta potential is determined using M3-PALS technology.
