The equipment is an Automated Medium-Pressure Chromatography System focused on biomolecule purification in cold room (4 ºC). The system controls and monitors: two Inlet Valve Modules, a Sample Pump Module, a Sample Inject Valve Module, a Pump Module, a Buffer Valve Module, an Air Sensor Module, two Columns Switching Valves Modules, a Multi- Wavelength Detector Module (UV-Vis and conductivity), a pH Valve Module, an Outlet Valve Module and a Fraction Collector.
