Description

This technique is characterized by the generation of mainly singly charged ions from large molecules with minimal fragmentation being able to detect the presence of stable complexes. The Microflex LRF can be operated in positive and negative ion mode using the linear or reflector detector. Ion generation is achieved using a 60 Hz N2-Cartridge-Laser including variable power attenuator and UV optics. A range of analyte types, such as oligonucleotides, proteins and polymers, can be measured with a precision ≤ 15 ppm.
