Dynamic & Static Light Scattering
This technique enables the measurement of various particle sizes, molecular weights and zeta potentials in a colloidal system. It can also determine the aggregation state of samples, the hydrodynamic radius of macromolecules and particles, as well as the stoichiometry interaction in protein complexes. The Zeta potential can estimate the stability of colloids, being this is essential for the analysis of the interaction between macromolecules with the dispersed phase colloid.
